Indeed, the first family bakery opened in 1890. Since then, each generation has taken over until the 1960s. Once again, the response was overwhelming, and crepe-makers were recruited to help Fran\u00e7ois with production. The garage was no longer appropriate for this fast-growing cookie factory. A 200 m\u00b2 building was created next to the family home. Every member of the Garrec family is involved in this wonderful adventure, and the cookie factory continues to grow. Today, Fran\u00e7ois&#8217; descendants have taken up the torch.
