Booking a mobile home or cottage :

- At the time of booking : 30 € booking charge + 25% of the cost of the stay.
- The remainder of the cost should be paid 30 days before arrival.
- A non-refundable deposit of 400 € is required before the accomodation can be handed over to you.
- Accomodation is available from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am.
- A fixed rate of 40 € will be retained to cover the cost of cleaning where the accomodation has not been cleaned properly.
- Animals are welcome at a charge of 35 € per stay.
- Bed linen rental (15 € per pair), baby equipment 3 € per day.
- All our accomodation are recent (from 0 to 7 years old).

Terms of cancellation :
In the event of cancellation of your stay, the campsite will reimburse (excluding booking charges) :
- more than 60 days before the planned arrival date, the full amount of your deposit.
- between 60 and 30 days before the planned arrival date : 50% of your deposit.
- after this time, the campsite will retain the full amount.

Late arrival or early departure :
Departure, for personnal reasons, before the end of the planned stay will not give rise to a refund of any sum paid.
In event of modification of the arrival or departure dates, or of the departure date in july and august, only written notification received at least one week before the planned arrival can be taken into account. Where this is not received, the invoice will cover the original booking dates.
We will keep a plot or accomodation that has been reserved for up to 24 hours after your planned arival. Beyond this time, and if we have not received notification from you, it will be considered vacant. The campsite reserves the right to evict any person who does not comply with the site regulations.
